VPNTex (vpntex.com) is operated by NorwegianSpark SA (Org. no. 834 984 172), Norway. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian markedsføringsloven (Marketing Control Act).

Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our website:

  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode to measure page views, referrers, device type and clicks on our partner links. Until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only cookieless measurement signals; analytics cookies are set only after you accept.
  • Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Cookies: Analytics, affiliate and advertising cookies are used only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. See the Cookies section below.

Cookies

We ask for your consent in a cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 12 months. If you choose Accept, we set Google Analytics cookies and load the Impact affiliate tracking tag, which may set cookies to credit referrals to us. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, none of these are loaded and no analytics, affiliate or advertising cookies are set by this site. When you click an affiliate link, it passes through our own /go/ redirect to the partner network (for example CJ, Impact, MyLead or Travelpayouts) or the programme itself, which may set its own cookie to attribute a purchase; that cookie is governed by the partner’s privacy policy.

Advertising

We may show advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. Google’s advertising script is not loaded unless you choose Accept in the cookie banner.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Analytics: We use GA4 in Consent Mode for aggregated traffic analytics; analytics cookies are set only after you accept.

  • Affiliate partners: When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected through the affiliate network to the provider's website. Their privacy policy governs data collected on their site. If you accept cookies, the Impact tracking tag on this site may set cookies to credit referrals. We do not share your name or email address with affiliate partners.
  • Google AdSense: Advertising served by Google, as described in the Advertising section above.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months to allow us to follow up on inquiries and improve our service. Google Analytics data is retained according to the data-retention setting of our Google Analytics property. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and access controls on all data systems. We do not store passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data.
